Registration
Authors can register for IEEE MDM 2022 by following the registration instructions in this page.
IEEE MDM 2022 is planned as an online event (i.e., online participation for both authors/non-authors). There will be no registration fees for online non-author attendees. However, online non-author participants will have to register through the registration process.
Registrations will be done online through www.easyconferences.org. Participants may pay instantly using their credit card (VISA/MASTERCARD), or they may choose to pay through the bank. A one-stop-shop software is used for the whole registration process, www.easyconferences.org. The whole process is easy to use, secure, and can be completed in a few minutes.
Please note that the software provides participants with the possibility to complete the registration process in steps/periodically; participants may register for the conference and return later to book and pay for further services like accommodation, taxi transfers, etc (subject to availability). The system will accept unlimited changes/updates up to the closing of the online registration process before the start of the conference.

Note:
- To be included in the IEEE MDM 2022 proceedings, all accepted papers (including research papers, papers in industry track, demo and PhD papers) must have at least one (1) corresponding author registration. Note that registration fees should be paid individually for each paper accepted in IEEE MDM 2022.
- Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one (1) registered author upload of a video presentation (to be used in emergency cases). *** Author Video Deadline: Friday, May 20, 2022 *** to the website. Instructions for backup videos will follow shortly. When registration is complete and fully paid, the participant will receive a confirmation with a receipt by email. The conference is complimentary in online mode for non-authors and co-authors.
- Registration Fee include online access to all technical sessions and workshops. Conference proceedings will be distributed via digital download. Access codes will be sent to registered participants before the event begins. Author refunds are not possible after the “Author Registration Deadline” 22 April 2022.
