Call for Industry, Systems and Apps Track Papers

Continuing its history, MDM 2022 Industry, Systems and Application Track solicits submissions of papers describing original contributions in developing and applying mobile computing and data management technologies towards the myriad of real-world problems. We encourage industrial and academic researchers and practitioners to share and discuss the challenges and solutions in complex real-world systems, as well as the practices and examples in commercial use cases.

Topics of interest include, but not limited to:

 Theoretical Foundations of Data-intensive Mobile Computing

 Data Sensing Techniques in Mobile Computing

 Mobile Crowd-Sourcing and Crowd-Sensing

 Mobile Data Governance and Cleaning

 Mobile Data Management and Applications

 Data Security and Privacy in Mobile Data Computing

 Machine Learning/AI for Mobile Data

 Mobile Data Visualization Systems and Applications

 Novel Mobile Data Processing Tools/Middleware

 Location-Based Services and Applications

 Urban Computing Applications

 Page limit: 8 pages, including all figures, tables, and references.

 All submissions need to follow IEEE Computer Society Proceedings Manuscript Formatting Guidelines. See templates here.

Note that a paper exceeding the page limit in the respective category may be rejected without review. If there are any appendices, they are counted within the page limit.

Submission of a meaningful abstract by the abstract deadline is a precondition for paper submission.

The Review Process will be single-blind  (i.e., the reviewers are not identified).
